The St. James Food Pantry is in continuous need of non-perishable food items and toiletries. Please consider periodic donations to the wooden barrel adjacent to our inner front door of the chapel. There is a list of suggested items posted near it.

Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter is always in need of volunteers and donations. Contact them at www.nsks.org

Alcoholics Anonymous support groups meet at the chapel on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Contact Pat Henking for details.

Speeders - Once upon a time there was a nationally imposed speed limit -- 55 mph.  Back then, a Congregational church in Falmouth, Maine decided to call its fellowship group for members over 55 years old "Speeders." The nationwide speed limit is gone, but we borrowed and kept the name for our group here at Faith! Our Speeders group was created to drink English tea and eat the trifle. The group meets every 4 to 6 weeks for tea, savories and sweets -- or to go on an outing to the seashore, movies, or a restaurant. Contact Pat Henking for details.

Christian Children’s Fund - Did you know that Faith Church sponsors a child through CCF? Take a moment and meet Jessica Paola Quinatoa Ch (better known as Paola at home in Ecuador) by reading her profile on display in the back of the church or visiting our Jessica page. CCF programs provide school tuition assistance and access to basic health care as well as adult literacy opportunities and help with meeting the family’s nutritional needs.

Recycling - When using the church facilities, please be mindful when disposing of items that could be recycled: aluminum cans, plastic bottles, paper, etc… A bin for recyclables is next to the large trash can in the kitchen.
